C F (Chuck) Steeves is an entrepreneur, a strategist and facilitator of thinking with purpose and performing for success, and active community member.

For 32 years as founding Chief Coach and CEO of Atlantica Learning Corporation, Chuck led the region's foremost private training & consulting firm. Previously, he had nine positions in twelve years at RBC in New Brunswick and Alberta. He was also Chair of Atlantica International Learning Inc and Chair of Priority Management International Associates Board.

A widely known and appreciated facilitator and consultant, passionately Maritimes focused, he has worked with 1000s of groups on four continents. His experience includes strategic and performance/productivity assignments as well as selling and negotiating to grow businesses.

In addition to being past President of his Rotary Club and a past Assistant Governor, he has been on the Board executives of the Greater Moncton Chamber of Commerce and Atlantic Provinces Chambers of Commerce. Chuck is a past Chair of the South East Regional Service Commission Board (of mayors and presidents) where he also serviced as Chair pf the Finance Committee and Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee.
