Mentor depuis 2010

Sylvie Desjardins is the founder and owner of NxCareer, a career specialist and a speaker. Since the creation of her company in 2014, she has coached and guided more than 1,500 clients to recognize their skills and obtain a job that better meets their expectations and ambitions.

With a master's degree in guidance counselling from the Université de Moncton, Sylvie believes that networking and mentoring can quickly become competitive advantages and open many doors for developing profitable and rewarding business relationships. In fact, she mentions that mentoring has played a key role in the development and expansion of her business.

As a business owner and career specialist, Sylvie has appeared in Acadie Nouvelle and has been invited to CBC / Radio-Canada on several occasions as a career expert. She has shared her knowledge across Atlantic Canada, Quebec and Ontario through training, conferences and workshops. In 2020, she won the Top 20 under 40 award, presented by the Greater Moncton Chamber of Commerce. Sylvie also sits on the board of directors of the Conseil économique du Nouveau-Brunswick.
