Mentor depuis 2021

Thomas moved to Canada in 2005 from Kerala, India and made Moncton, New Brunswick home in 2011. Prior to New Brunswick, he lived in Ontario and Prince Edward Island.

With two young boys and a busy family, he is very generous with his time as he understands the impact that can have on people's lives. Thomas is a Board Member of YMCA Moncton, where he along with rest of the Board members, provides strategic direction to the organization. He is also a founding member and President of Moncton's Kerala (A southern state in India) Association with over 100 families in Moncton.

Under his leadership, the association helps new immigrants to connect and feel part of the fabric of New Brunswick and allows them to stay and contribute to the growth of the province.

Thomas has held various Board positions on PMI (Project Management Institute) both locally and internationally. Thomas has successfully mentored and helped several immigrants find jobs through MAGMA's mentorship program. For all the contributions to the community, he was awarded “Top 20 under 40” award in 2020 via the Greater Moncton Chamber of Commerce.

He currently holds the role as Chief Executive Officer of Missing Link Technologies (www.mlt.ca), which is a 20-year-old Moncton company. Under his leadership, MLT has steadily grown and continues to put a mark on New Brunswick and its economy.

He is passionate and dedicated towards growing and helping others via coaching and mentoring.
